Clean up not good, leaving the wet foam laying on the drywall board, soaking wet! I removed and used blow dryer 2 -3 hours to dry out the Sheetrock before reinstalling cardboard to wall! I had to use a dehumidifier to dry out the room and ceiling, but no leaks !detected !

Our experience with United Plumbing was the best! From Carl who answered the phone to Megan who scheduled it to Marcus who installed our toilet, we couldn't have had better service. Marcus was very polite and professional. He knew his trade well. He was concerned about our well being. I had a serious problem with my tankless water heater. Within a few hours I had a new one, better one, fitted and working. The guys arrived at 3pm to diagnose the problem, left to pick up new unit and had it installed and working by 7.30pm. Super, professional work carried out by Rich and Marcus during early evening. Greatly appreciated by my family and I that they stayed and completed the job so we had hot water especially for my severely disabled Grandson. Thank you guys.

My water heater was leaking so I called United Plumbing because they put it in. Marcus, the technician they sent, arrived later in the same day that I called. He found one of the thermostats was loose, probably not tightened properly when the unit was manufactured. He tightened it but said this was no guarantee the leak was fixed. The next morning it was still leaking. I called the United Plumbing office and they suggested I call the manufacturer because the unit was still under warranty. I took their advice and was pleasantly surprised that the manufacturer would provide a replacement unit at no cost. However, I needed to hire a plumber to install the replacement, which would be at my cost. I called United Plumbing back and arranged for them to acquire and install the replacement unit. Again, Marcus was my technician. Marcus was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. The office people at United Plumbing were incredibly helpful. All in all a good experience.

Plumber did a great job replacing a cartridge that broke off inside my shower fixture. They were the only ones that were able to come out on a Sunday, no one else returned my call. My only complaint was that I was charged about 10 times what the part that was replaced would have cost me to buy at Home Depot. I think that was weekend service upcharge. Good repair though and the repairman was very friendly.

I had an unusual problem at my home on the Friday before Christmas. All 5 toilets at my house backed up at the same time with a newborn son at home! United had a crew at my house within a few hours. Mike the manager said " we will find and solve your problem, period" , and they did just that. They worked into the night Friday and finished Saturday morning when there was enough light to properly complete. It turns out that the line boring crew for Comcast drilled right through my sewer main with their new lines. Riante the technician was very pleasant and professional.

Carlos Penagos replaced an older 15” circular toilet with a new 18 1/2” oval toilet that I had delivered by Lowe’s.
Throughout the service call Carlos was very neat and professional. In order to remove the older toilet, Carlos had to carry it out of the master bedroom, across the living room and through the kitchen, and out through the garage.
I was ready with a mop & a bucket. Carlos unpackaged the new toilet while I mopped the house floors. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Two men came and their estimate was 1449.00, we considered exorbitant along with $ 59.00 for the visit. We needed two toilets installed, and a few piping issues cropped up along the way. Jason and Bobby handled everything with aplomb, finishing the whole job in great time with terrific quality. David came out twice for a problem with our shower. The first visit he was able to diagnose the problem (correctly, I might add), and then he needed to return for more extensive repair when the repair parts were available. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had originally thought it would only need a replacement of the Moen cartridge, but after trying two cartridges, it was apparent that the something was wrong with the valve assembly. David was able to access the shower valve and pipes from a closet thereby avoiding damage to the shower tiles. He was able to do all of this with efficiency and with minimal clean up required. I can certainly highly recommend David and United Plumbing.

United Plumbing changed out the polybutylene pipes in our house. Tim came out initially to give an estimate. That estimate was comparable/competitve to others received, but what stood apart was Tim's willingness to answer questions and explain the procedure in full.
Oscar Lopez was the (main) plumber and he was outstanding....courteous, respectful, and a tremendous work ethic. He stayed over an extra 3+ hrs just so that we would have use of a shower and toilet overnight until they could return to finish the job the next day.

Woke up to hot water heater leaking all over floor in garage yesterday morning.Checked for plumbers in Ft Myers area and United Plumbing of SW Fl called within ten minutes. Thomas, Adrian, and Jason are great! They setup a new piping system a few days ahead of replacing the old system. The new system took several hours and was online by dinner time. When they were done they did a nice job of cleaning up.

Manny went the extra mile to find out what was wrong with my toilet. The last plumber did a
Perfunctory fix which did not fix the toilet at all. Although Manny had to take the toilet apart he found a piece of construction debris that was the culprit. We are now back in business to do our business

We had a pipe burst and pour water into our master bedroom and bathroom for 2 hours while we were out the evening before Thanksgiving. We contacted United and we’re stunned at how quickly they were able to get someone to our house. Jason identified the problem and repaired the pipe but also went the extra mile in terms of related issues and put us in contact w a remediation and restoration company that was able to come out to limit the damage and begin the restoration process. Adding to the experience, we were further shocked at the price he charged for an emergency service the night before a holiday which was a fraction of what we would have paid in our hometown. Good plumbers are hard to find and we would strongly recommend United to anyone in SWFL and encourage them to ask for Jason.

Jason the plumber was here within two hours after calling United at about 2PM. We had a water supply valve in a patio bathroom leaking that required immediate attention since the leak could only be stopped by shutting off the water to our house! JASON was excellent!! Very professional---and went above and beyond to do ALL the repairs needed at a relatively LOW COST!! I am very pleased!! Now----all I have to do is to ask my handyman to paint away some water staining!!

Jason was on time and did a great job trying to save us money and fix our shower problem without buying a new temperature control cartridge. Unfortunately, we do need a new cartridge, if Jason can find one. Our hardware is not common and has no brand markings.

I literally called on Friday afternoon before 4th of July weekend and got an appointment 2hrs later!! Jason showed up, diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot and saved our weekend!! He was great even after digging drain lines right before came my house and had to hunt down our water meter since it wasn't marked. He did a great job!!

Our water heater failed to produce hot water this morning, Saturday, and we contacted United Plumbing of SWFL, a contractor recommended by the manufacturer of our Rheem water heater; Jason Jackson responded, literally, within minutes advising that he could be on his way right away to take a look at the problem. When he arrived, he explained the problem and we, ultimately, determined the right solution for us was the installation of a new water heater although Jason offered to get our old one up and running today, order the parts for the old one and come during the week and install the needed parts in the old one. His knowledge and professionalism convinced me that we were better off with a new installation backed by a plumber's warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on the new water heater. He was able to return within the hour with the new water heater and the job was done thereafter in under an hour. I purchased a home. After moving in, found out the bathroom plumbing did not work. I was told the entire bathroom would have to be torn apart & pipes repaired. Turns out, Michael was able to do the repairs from outside without disturbing the bathroom. He repaired the pipes, & I now have a fully functional bathroom. He did this in a quarter of the time and the cost was a small fraction of what I was expecting from the estimate. Michael is very friendly and professional. He explained everything very clearly. I was extremely pleased with Michael & United Plumbing. No complaints. Everything went very smooth. Thank you for being an honest, trustworthy company. That is hard to find these days.

Recently purchased a new home where the water heater had a power surge and burned out the heating element. United Plumbing was friendly and courteous about scheduling a quick appointment for a Monday morning. Jason Jackson showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. It involved draining the tank and while we were waiting for the water to drain (a bit like watching paint dry), Jason took the time to educate me on a few pointers about how the house’s plumbing and sprinkler system was set up. Above and beyond, he also saw my backup power generator and gave me pointers on its operation as well. Invaluable advice to a new homeowner.
Jason then efficiently switched out a new plumber’s pack, filled the tank and fired it up. Nice hot water to wash the dog. Great guy.

Jason and Chris did all the plumbing installation in our major renovation, including the new bathtub conversion from sunken to free-standing (a big job). Very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to details and had the customer's interests in the forefront. Couldn't have asked to any better service.

Matt also replaced my old toilet (came with the house which I bought in 2003) with a spanking brand new water saver Bemis toilet. I had a new water heater that I purchased myself from Home Depot installed by United. They did a great job. Noticed that I had a valve that was beginning to crack and recommended I install a new one then he said it was $35 I think and I said sure. Also told me that new water heaters require expansion tanks and I had one of those added. Overall United did an amazing job. It was very clean, they even took my old water heater away for me.

On inspection the house we had just purchased had multiple leaking cut off valves under the kitchen sink, wobbly and dated toilets, loose and rodent damaged drain vents just below the roofline that had allowed rain into the house Our plumbers Manny and Randy worked in very hot and humid Florida weather to locate and repair the drain vent problem, remove the old toilets, replace the missing toilet hold down rings and install the two new toilets and replace the cutoff valves. They were both extremely prompt, professional, efficient and we are more than pleased with their work. Way to go United Plumbing !

Shortly after moving into our new home we noticed our master bath toilet was not flushing properly nor was the tub draining properly. We called United plumbing and fortunate they sent out Chris

After snaking the drain line Chris felt there was more going on. He used his camera to inspect the drain pipe only to find it clogged with grout left behind by the tile setters. The 3 inch line was half filled with it.

He and his partner spent almost the entire day breaking down the clog, then using their sewer jet to clear the lines all the way out to the street sewer. Very thorough job, very respectful of interior of the home, I would definitely want Chris in my home again.

Naturally we found a huge leek somewhere in our wall or ceiling on Friday afternoon.!! Alycia quickly assessed the dire situation and dispatched Matt to our house within an hour. Matt cut out drywall and after thirty minutes found the culprit leaking pipe in the ceiling of our garage. After about thirty minutes he had the leak fixed in a very difficult place to work. We needed our house hooked up to city water, and typically someone nameless will come by, rush through, and leave without so much as a "hello". Chris was on time and very professional as he explained what he was doing as he went about the repairs. He finished in just minutes and as I thanked him he said "you still have some time left on our hourly charge is there anything else you want me to check? Garbage disposal or I could clean your drains?" I’ve used United Plumbing a handful of times now, both personally and I’ve referred them to clients. Being in the real estate and property management business, it’s imperative to have vendors that I can rely upon to refer to. Whether it’s been a total home re-pipe, clogged drain, or sewer back up issue, United Plumbing has always provided exceptional service. Most recently I dealt with a sewer line back up caused from a cable line puncturing the sewer pipe, and I can’t say enough about how helpful Tim was in handling this issue. He worked with me every step of the way, and was imperative in communications directly with Comcast to get the issue resolved. Had it not been for his persistence and knowledge, we would probably still be waiting and trying to connect with the higher ups at Comcast. Between multiple visits to the property, phone calls, and the repair work itself, I was so impressed with his responsiveness and my clients could not have been happy with the level of service we received. When trying to get a hold of Tim, I never had to call more than once - if he couldn’t take my call right then he would quickly call me back, and my calls were frequent over the course of this 3 week ordeal! Any future plumbing issues that come up for myself for my clients, Tim will most definitely be who we call. I live in a condo and so every ten years the water heater needs to be replaced. After receiving several estimates from well known companies I chose United as their's was the lowest cost. A.J. examined my existing heater and showed me that I had read the information on it wrong and that I still had three years of life left on it before it reached ten years. Service Rep Steve came and fixed my shower. He saved me from BIG headaches when he saw my water heater. It's about 30 yrs old (rusty & pitted) and could potentially cause me $$$ if it let go. Steve arrived and completed taking out the old tank and installing the new one in less than two hours. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

Mark came to our house and was very friendly. We had a backed up pipe problem that Mark found went all the way out to the street. Mark came to the house when we had two leaks happening at once. One was under an upstairs sink and one under the kitchen sink. Both areas had RO filters.
He straightened out the problems and cleaned up the mess in both areas. He was very congenial while he was here and did a great job.

Called United Plumbing this morning. They had to take our number due to a system problem but called back and got our work scheduled the same day. Contacted us and told us when Mark would be on his way. Mark did a good job and got our plumbing leak fixed today.

Last week I had a new washing machine installed. Everything was going along as expected until the installer could not remove the second water hose.It was rusted onto the faucet. He told me to call a plumber. I had previously used United for a small job about a year ago and was very happy with the results. When I called Kim was very helpful when I told her about my problem, she was able to schedule a repair within a narrow time frame. At first it appeared, the entire box would have to be removed necessitating cutting into the wall board to get to the pipes. This would mean an additional expense to repair the wall board, plaster, paint, etc. With patience and skill, Mark was able to release the rusted hose and replace it. He saved me considerable time and money. Great job and THANK YOU again!

The day after Thanksgiving and my kitchen sink supply line sprung a leak. Mark arrived in the early afternoon and installed a new faucet and replaced a dual valve and I was really pleased with his work. I have used United since moving to FM in 2000 and have always been happy with the plumbers.

He worked to get the jobs done and also ran a separate water line in the garage where we had to temporarily move the fridge during renovations. Great company and employees! Thank you so much.

I have dealt for years with United Plumbing, as a condo board member. I became a single family homeowner about six months ago and recently needed a plumber.
They are even better and more congenial than I remember from the past. So glad I called them. And their plumber, Dave M. was outstanding. I have begun to request Dave whenever possible. I HIGHLY recommend them !
